LAC's Outdoor Fine Arts Fair in Langley City!
2023 marked the Langley Arts Council's first iteration of our Outdoor Fine Arts Fair and Festival. Since its inaugural year, this event has grown from one to two days, targeting families for a youth Arts Zone on Saturday and the Fine Arts Fair on Sunday. In 2024, new and returning vendors were welcomed, and the Arts Council facilitated classes and workshops alongside the main event. We also presented musical entertainment and performances, and this event attracted local and regional participants. This OFAFF is ideal for 2D and 3D artists seeking to show their work in the downtown City of Langley core, looking to get their work out into the community, and wanting to be entrepreneurial in selling their work.
For 2025, we will be presenting another 2-day long Fine Arts Fair weekend that will take place Saturday, August 9 - Sunday, August 10, 2025.

Updated Booth and Tent Information
In 2025, vendors are not required to have a tent for their 10' x 10' space. We have made this adjustment to better accommodate artists who would like to have more creative freedom with curation and sell larger works. All vendors are responsible for ensuring the public's safety within their defined space, and all must have insurance (more information below). This means weighing tables, table coverings, and tents.
Tent Information
- Tents may be up to 10' x 10' and supplied by the artist. Oversized tents will not be accommodated.
- Tents and tables must be supplied by the submitting artist, and artist areas will be self-run.
- Tents cannot be staked, artists must use sandbags or weights to secure their tents. Tents without sandbags or weights will not be accommodated.
Artist Associations
- Artist groups who are members of the LAC and wish to attend to share information about their group can attend for free.
- Artist groups who wish to sell merchandise or membership must pay for a space.

- The LAC will not be collecting a commission on any artwork sales.
- The LAC and or its volunteers cannot perform a sales transaction on behalf of a vendor.
