Submit your Application to be a Vendor at the Langley Arts Council Holiday Artisan Market! 

From Saturday, December 3rd from 10:00 - 5:00 pm & Sunday, December 4th from 10:00 - 4:00 pm.

This event will coincide with the City of Langley's Magic of Christmas Event.


Market Location:

The Timms Community Centre in the Gym

20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley BC V3A 4B3


Set-Up:

Friday, December 2nd from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm no exceptions


Take Down:

Sunday, December 4th, 4:00 - 6:30 no exceptions


Application Deadline:

September 30, 2022. 

Notification of Acceptance: October 18th, 2022.


Acceptance Criteria:

 All products must be at least 75% handmade, handcrafted art and craft by the artisan.
 Your product will be juried for quality, originality, craftsmanship, and durability.
 All accepted vendors must donate a sample of their product (valued at a minimum of $20) to be used in our gift baskets. Please be prepared to donate this item for November 8th, at the Aldergrove Kinsmen Community Centre. The LAC will be putting these baskets together early to advertise them on our social media accounts and the selected vendors. 


Mandatory Requirements:

 All tables must be covered and skirted to the floor 

 No personal heaters are allowed, dress in layers to avoid getting cold.

 No pets allowed.

 UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VENDORS BE ALLOWED TO MOVE THEIR BOOTH SPACE, which is assigned prior to arrival.

 No canopies, no exceptions.

 Tabletop displays must not be over 4 ft. tall.  

 Be sure to have your permit from your local Health Department on hand, should you be selling food items.

 Vendors selling food products may give out FREE samples only. Charging for samples will not be permitted. 

 Vendor security tags (2 lanyards) will be provided upon arrival. They must be worn at all times during setup and for the duration of the market. Lanyards will be picked up before take-down.

There are minimal outlets available for this event. If you need an outlet please check the box for 'outside wall - outlet needed' in the application below. Please note, that we may not be able to fulfill every request for a power source.

Please note: if you are able to provide your own 8' x 2.5' foot table, the LAC will reduce your Booth price by $10. 


Once you've been selected, Vendors will complete the payment with the Langley Arts Council by cheque, credit card, or Paypal account. 


Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be received prior to October 30th, 2022. Cancellations after October 30th, 2022, will not receive a refund.
