How It Works:
- Bring your artwork (or digital images if you can’t bring the physical piece).
- Present your work briefly to the group.
- Receive feedback from peers and experienced artists.
- Participate in constructive discussions about technique, expression, and concept.

About the facilitator; Eric Hotz
Eric, a full-time artist, illustrator, and designer for over 30 years, draws inspiration from nature. Based in Maple Ridge, he explores nearby parks to capture landscapes in his art, focusing on natural history and biophilia. His work spans publishing projects, including cover art, cartography, linocuts, and pen & ink illustrations for books and magazines. A disciplined approach has refined his skills over time.
Eric has earned multiple awards, including 3rd place for A Stand of Trees No. 3 at the Nature Trust of British Columbia Exhibition (2023) and another 3rd place win in the 2024 Water exhibition at The Federation Gallery.
