This year’s jury—Jan Ballard, Nicholas Devlin, and Kirk Gower—brings extensive expertise in 2D art, 3D art, design, public art, curation, and arts leadership. The Langley Arts Council is honored to have them adjudicating this year’s competition.
Following the reception, attendees are encouraged to stay for the Annual General Meeting to celebrate another successful year, learn about upcoming programming and initiatives, and participate in the election of Directors. Alana Evans and Suzanne Erickson will stand for another two-year term, and Reza Norozy will join the Board as a new Director.
“We are looking forward to celebrating this year’s accomplishments and bringing the community together again for this year’s event,” says Claire Sarfeld, Executive Director. “We are especially grateful to the Township of Langley, the City of Langley, and our sponsors—Tinhorn Creek Vineyards, Able Auctions, and Meals on Wheels Langley—for their continued support.”
