Langley Arts Council Announces 2026 Art Rentals and Sales Partnership with Black Hills Estate Winery
Langley, BC — March 11, 2026 — The Langley Arts Council is pleased to announce a new partnership with Black Hills Estate Winery for the 2026 calendar year through its Art Rentals and Sales Program. This collaboration will showcase original artwork by local and regional artists within the winery’s tasting room, providing visitors with a unique opportunity to experience and purchase contemporary art while enjoying one of British Columbia’s premier wine destinations.
Through the program, curated works from artists affiliated with the Langley Arts Council will be displayed at Black Hills Estate Winery throughout 2026. The initiative supports artists by creating additional exhibition opportunities and by connecting their work with new audiences beyond traditional gallery spaces.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Black Hills Winery to expand the reach of local artists,” said Claire Sarfeld, Executive Director for the Langley Arts Council. “This collaboration brings 2D and 3D works into a new setting and allows visitors to experience the creativity of our region in a fresh and engaging way.”
Black Hills Winery, known for its award-winning wines and welcoming tasting experiences, sees the partnership as a natural fit.
“Art and wine both celebrate craftsmanship, creativity, and a sense of place,” said Jesse Collins, a representative of Black Hills Winery. “We’re excited to feature works from Langley Arts Council artists and to offer our guests another meaningful way to connect with the culture of British Columbia.”
The Art Rentals and Sales Program is a key initiative of the Langley Arts Council, helping support artists through exhibition opportunities, artwork rentals, and sales while fostering stronger connections between the arts and regional businesses.
Visitors to Black Hills Winery will be able to view and purchase the featured artworks throughout 2026, with proceeds directly supporting participating artists.
